Printer Management
Before the design process begins on your direct mail campaign, we help select a printer. This process has two goals. First, we work to ensure that the printers selected for consideration have the capabilities to deliver the quality level needed, and meet the project time frame. Second, we negotiate price, so that your project is printed in the most cost-efficient manner. During press time, we go to the printer's facility to oversee your sheets as they come off the press. We do this to ensure that your expectations are met, and that the printer produces flawless printed pieces. Finally, we coordinate delivery to the mail house and any other delivery requirements.
Mail House Management
We work with your mail house to coordinate mail drops and all other fulfillment requirements. This includes mailing list delivery, scheduling mail piece delivery to the mail house for addressing, and invoice reconciliation. It is our job to ensure that your direct mail is designed, printed and delivered in a fashion that is most effective.
